Alhamdulillah. berjaya mendisiplinkan diri untuk minggu yg pertama. hasil nyeh ---> i lost 3kgs!! weee..~ mcm x caye la. so..smlm L makang manyak cket. 15pcs of dim sum equal to 513
kcal n dumpling rice 161kcal. so total intake of calories tuk semalam saje 674kcal. pergh!!so smlm adalah hari melanggar pantang tuk L. which is..i took processed food as my diner. sepatutnye kena elakkan makanan2 yg diproses ni tuk lebih keberkesanan diet-hi protein itu. but, once for a while. aite? ;P
okayh u ols, L berdiri atas weight scale tis morning..n my weight now is 94kgs!! wow wee...~ juz for a week n i lost 3kgs. mcm x caye. huhu. owg lain 3kgs a month. L 3kgs a week. agaknye la kan...weight scale tu saje jek nak amik hati L kowt. hahaha. tp xpe. usaha mst diteruskan. aja2 fightin L! yeahhh!!~
