- 5th Jan 11 [ a new life begin]

applying a brand new lifestyle. change the schedule of my R & R. food intake. resting hours. well, as a starter, i had change my food intake. for today :

breakfast - regular herbalife shake.

in between - 1.5 liters green tea

lunch - 5 spoons of rice. 5 pcs of tauhu. few pieces of paru-paru lembu.

in between - 1.5 liters plain water, 3 pcs of breakthru bread and tuna

dinner - oatmeal anchovy porridge

lastly - 1.5 liters green tea

i wish to start my powerwalk exercise a.s.a.p. that's all ;)
