hahaha. menambah berat bdn nyeh!! yeah. due to improper food intake last week. seminggu x puasa. B.Apple. laksa serawak. late nite diner. less plain water. urghh!! wow wee..~ ;) so far..total lost is 3.2kgs. Alhamdulillah. sekurang2nye ade pengurangan yg +ve.n today is another new week.my 4th week. target this week at least nk kurangkan 2kgs. boleh kew?hehe. im giving my best. aja2 fightin! ;P
