d ingredients :
1 or 2 biji epal hijau
stengah biji bawang besar
setengah biji carrot
5 biji cili padi dipotong
2 biji timato dibuang biji dan dihiris
2 sudu besar gula
1 sudu kecil garam
1 sudu besar sos tiram
segenggam udang kering - direndam
bunga kantan - diracik halus
p/s - untuk epal hijau, bawang besar, dan carrot hendaklah dimayang.
cara menyediakannya :
gaulkan semua bahan2 tersebut dan sedia dihidangkan. ;)

4th week!!~ i am 93.8kgs now
hahaha. menambah berat bdn nyeh!! yeah. due to improper food intake last week. seminggu x puasa. B.Apple. laksa serawak. late nite diner. less plain water. urghh!! wow wee..~ ;) so far..total lost is 3.2kgs. Alhamdulillah. sekurang2nye ade pengurangan yg +ve.n today is another new week.my 4th week. target this week at least nk kurangkan 2kgs. boleh kew?hehe. im giving my best. aja2 fightin! ;P

3rd week - i am 92.6kgs now
hohoho. unbelievable!!! i lost about 4.4kgs for 2 weeks of strict diet program. Alhamdulillah. n...7.6kgs to go to achieve my 1st goal 85kgs. teruja! hehe. semalam meneruskan amalan berpuasa selepas 4 hari memonteng. hehe. takut jugak nk berdiri atas weight scale tu. mane la tawu kalo2 angka tu naik mendadak kan...sure L kecewa. hehe. tp pg smlm timbang 93.2kgs n pg ni timbang 92.6kgs. Alhamdulillah.
so, L start my 3rd week of my diet hi-protein program with 92.6kgs. hope next week ade lg progression. yayy!! ;)
